OUR APPROACH TO INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

ANALYZE

ANALYZE

ANALYZE

  • We begin with establishing instructional objectives and identifying learner’s existing skills.
  • This involves knowing about the target group, overall goals, knowledge and skills that need to be taught
  • Content and resources are deployed accordingly

DESIGN

ANALYZE

ANALYZE

  • In design phase, learning purposes, content, assignments, organizing lessons and selection of appropriate media is done
  • This is one of the most critical steps of the entire process and rightly so, since the success of our training programs depends on it

DEVELOP

ANALYZE

IMPLEMENT

  • It's now time for the designers and developers to create and put together elements of content that were finalized in step 2
  • Here content creation is done including graphic designing and technology integration
  • Medium of training should be in accordance with skills and capabilities of target group

IMPLEMENT

IMPLEMENT

IMPLEMENT

Implementation phase begins with Train The Trainer program followed by training the learners. In order to test the efficacy of content and training aids, a pilot training with the first batch of learners is always a good medium to perform recalibrations before roll out

EVALUATE

IMPLEMENT

EVALUATE

The evaluation phase helps to make clear:

  • If the course has been successful
  • Whether subject matter experts should further review the medium and method before a course is presented to learners
  • What improvements should be made to the course once it is presented
